Visual Art Foundations for 4–5 Year Olds
Week 1 – 17 Oct✨ Wiggly Line Parade: Exploring all kinds of lines — straight, zig-zag, curly — and turning them into funny little drawings.
Week 2 – 24 Oct✨ Colour Splish Splash Party: Mixing paint like magicians, then using bright colours to fill in their own bold drawings.
Week 3 – 31 Oct✨ Spooky-Silly Pumpkins 🎃 (Halloween Special!): Drawing big pumpkins, silly bats, and spooky houses with bold outlines and colour.
Week 4 – 7 Nov✨ Rubbly-Tubbly Texture Hunt: Rubbing textures with crayons and pencils, then turning them into wacky drawings of animals and landscapes.
Week 5 – 14 Nov✨ Clay Critter Creations: Start with a doodle plan, then squish, roll, and pinch clay to bring their critter to life.
Week 6 – 21 Nov✨ Pattern Party: Drawing stripes, dots, swirls, and zigzags to make playful patterned artworks.
Week 7 – 28 Nov✨ Shadow & Glow Fun: Using pastels and pencils to explore light and dark — creating glowing suns, moons, and shadowy shapes.
Week 8 – 5 Dec✨ My Big Masterpiece: A giant artwork that combines everything they’ve learned: lines, colour, pattern, texture, and imagination.
